By accessing and using BuyProxy.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. BuyProxy.io operates as a reseller of proxy infrastructure provided by third-party partners.
2. Permitted Use & Restrictions
Our services are intended for professional, legal, and ethical business use cases such as SEO monitoring, market research, and data scraping.
Prohibited Activities:
- Bypassing geo-restrictions for streaming services (e.g., Netflix, Hulu).
- Accessing or distributing copyrighted material without authorization.
- Engaging in any form of cyber-attack, spamming, or fraudulent activity.
- Accessing unauthorized or illegal content.
*Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
3. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed through Polar.sh, our Merchant of Record. All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Due to the nature of digital proxy services, refunds are generally not provided once the proxies have been accessed or used, except in cases of technical failure on our part.
4. Reseller Model & Liability
BuyProxy.io is a reseller of infrastructure provided by Geonode and Proxy-Seller. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions or technical issues originating from upstream providers.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity performed under your account is your sole responsibility.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
