1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using BuyProxy.io (“BuyProxy”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. BuyProxy is a reseller platform: you fund a wallet balance and purchase proxy access delivered through our upstream infrastructure partners.
2. Permitted Use & Restrictions
Services are intended for lawful, professional use — including SEO monitoring, market research, ad verification, and authorized data collection. You must comply with applicable laws and the terms of any website or service you access through our proxies.
- Fraud, phishing, credential stuffing, or account takeover.
- Spam, malware distribution, DDoS, or other cyber-attacks.
- Unauthorized access to systems, copyrighted content, or illegal material.
- Any use that violates the Acceptable Use Policies of our upstream providers.
3. Payments & Balance
You add funds to your BuyProxy wallet primarily via cryptocurrency on the TRON (TRC20) network — currently USDT and TRX — using the deposit flow in your dashboard. Optional alternative payment methods may be offered when shown in the product (for example PayPal.me). Deposits are credited after confirmation according to our payment verification process. Prices for proxy products are shown in USD in the dashboard and on the pricing page. Proxy purchases deduct from your available balance.
4. Refunds
Digital proxy services are generally non-refundable once bandwidth or IP access has been provisioned or used. We may, at our sole discretion, refund or credit unused balance in cases of verified technical failure on our side. Abuse, ToS violations, or chargebacks may result in account suspension without refund.
5. Reseller Model & Liability
BuyProxy resells proxy capacity from third-party providers. We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outages originating from upstream networks, your misconfiguration, or target-site blocking.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Shared or compromised accounts may be suspended.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BuyProxy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes may also be announced in the dashboard or on the site.
